Today I at Choripan for the first time. There's a little 'Choripan Cart' right next to the road close to the park. It's basically like a sausage that is grilled and put on grilled bread with the condiments of your choosing. There were different sauces, a special mustard, shredded carrots, crispy potato fries and many more to choose from. I got lettuce, tomato, mayo, mustard, potato fries and banana peppers.
After eating in the park we drove to an old abandoned church (the blue building) where a local missionary group is now utilizing it. They have been painting and cleaning for a few weeks and we are going on Monday to help with the cleaning. The gentleman in the red sweater is Ezekial and he is a missionary here in Cordoba. I believe he's incharge of the building now, and he is overseeing the progress.
