A group of us went to the Sierras yesterday to get away from the city. We ate empanadas for lunch along the river (where the video takes place) and drove to "Sugar Loaf" mountain and hiked to the top to see the white cross. You can see the cross while you drive past the mountain, but it's only a small spec in the distance. It was relatively hot yesterday, so most of us were dying. However, Lucas and Javier were fine, since they are used to 100 degrees or more in the summer haha.
I took this video to capture some of the sounds of the river. It had a very tropical feel to it (well to me anyway) because the birds that were singing sounded like something out of the jungle haha
